We use Jim Mitchell's (KC8UNJ) Commander
software to program memories in our VX-7. You can find the
software here.
We also use G4HFQ's software to program our Yaesu FT-7800R base.
You can download his
software here. G4HFQ will
read the Commander files so it's easy to swap databases between radios.
I'm making available my spreadsheet file, the database file for Yaesu VX-7
and FT-7800R and the Kenwood G707 in this
ZIP file for downloading. You can manipulate the Microsoft Excel
Spread Sheet or use the other files and software with the Yaesu's clone function
it will get you up in running quickly.
